Digital Whole House Bulk
100% of units on the property are wired with CHOICE programming. A receiver is required in each unit. All residents have access to DIRECTV® programming, the interactive guide and can purchase additional programming and services. Each unit within an MDU property is enabled to use up to three receivers without getting a separate monthly bill from DIRECTV for additional receiver fees. An L-Band Distribution System supports 100% of the residents.

BCA Analog Bulk
 Bulk Choice Advantage is a hybrid system with a 60 channel analog package delivered in a bulk fashion, paid for by the property and offered as an amenity. An L Band system is also installed allowing tenants to upgrade to a digital set-top, receiving the full Total Choice package for only $19.99 with the ability to order anything available from DIRECTV® including Pay-per-View events and sports programming. 100% of units on property are wired to provide residents with the CHOICE LIMITED package, with no need to install a receiver in the unit. Residents can upgrade to the CHOICE DIGITAL TIER package with the installation of a DIRECTV^® Receiver in their unit, gaining access to additional DIRECTV programming and services, plus our interactive guide. There is an additional charge of $4.99/mo. for the second and each additional receiver.
